Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Everloving Pride is a small project. We don't track you, we don't sell data, and we don't use advertising. This page explains the few ways third-party services are involved in running this site.

What we collect

We do not directly collect personal information from visitors. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels.

If you use the Welcome Widget and download a post, the image file is saved to our server. No personal information is attached to it — just the image and basic metadata about what level and message were chosen. This is used only to understand how the tool is being used.

Google Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We have no control over how Google handles that data. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Forms

The calendar suggestion form is hosted by Google Forms. If you submit a suggestion, your response is stored in Google's systems and subject to Google's privacy policy. We only use submissions to consider additions to the calendar. We do not share them with anyone else.

Google Calendar

The LGBTQIA+ Church Calendar is hosted on Google Calendar. Subscribing to it is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Email

If you contact us by email, we will use your email address only to respond to your message. We don't add people to mailing lists without permission.

Children

This site is intended for church communications professionals and people of faith. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

Still There Is Room Luke 14:22

People across the full spectrum of this community belong in this work: queer people, parents, priests who have made room, lay people with stories worth telling. I am looking for all of you. If you want to write for the site or be part of an interview, reach out. If you have something from inside your community that belongs here and isn’t yet, reach out. You can remain completely anonymous, or become a named collaborator; the choice is entirely yours. Nothing about you will be shared without your permission, and I will be glad to set up a time to talk. This is volunteer work; there is no pay.
